Enroll as a Mentor

Thank you for serving other SQA members by enrolling as a Mentor!

Here are the steps to successfully complete your Mentor enrollment:

Make selections for each of the questions below. Please note that some fields are required for Mentor enrollment. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for Mentees to find their best Mentor match.
If you have not already, please complete your profile page (which is populated with some information from the SQA member database) so that potential Mentees can learn more about you.

Ethics Statement

Please review the Mentor Ethics Statement. You must agree to accept this statement in order to enroll in the program.

NOTES ON THE SECTION BELOW:

The "Start Date" below affects when your Mentor Profile is visible - Mentees will not be able to see your Mentor Profile until the start date you have selected. The Start Date is required to finish enrollment (click save after choosing one); we recommend setting it to the current day so that Mentees can begin seeing your profile and reaching out to you.
Entering a date in the "Schedule when to stop accepting Mentees" section will end all of your current partnerships automatically on that date. We recommend using the "Temporarily stop accepting Mentees" or the "Maximum Mentees" settings instead to manage when you can be seen in the list of available Mentors.
